''TRIO MARINERO'' 2.8 dobro nam poznata grupa '' FORTUNALI'' i ''POINT'' bivši Vivak, 3.8. Mlade i prelijepe djevojke koje su nastupale na ''Dori'' a zovu se ''ANGELS'' iz Crikvenice i ''STRING BAND'' iz Karlovca a srcem i dušom vezani za naš kraj, naš Senj, 4.8 ''Miroslav ŠKORO'' i poznati nam bend ''Fortunali'' gdje bi nastupile i mlade tri djevojke iz Rijeke. I naravno 5.8 na dan DOMOVINSKE ZAHVALNOSTI počinje kalendarsi naš poznati SENJSKI LJETNI KARNEVAL gdje nastaje ludilo a tada vas zabavlja dobro nam poznata naša draga '' Maja Šuput'' i već nam poznati trio '' AD- LIBITUM'' Koji nas je inače uveseljavao nekoliko mjeseci u Irish PUB-u O'CONNOR'S-u. Dalje 6.8 zabavljaju vas ''STRING BAND'' našeg Tomice iz Karlovca i grupa iz Novog Vinodolskog koji su se srdačno odazvali našem pozivu da uveličaju našu feštu, ''POINT'' i naravno sa danom ''LUDILA'' a to je naša poznata SUBOTA najatraktivniji dan 7.8 kada oko tri do četiri tisuće maškara u velikoj karnevalskoj povorci ulicama grada plijeni pažnju oko 12 tisuća gledatelja. Uz skupine iz Senja, Rijeke i njene okoline, Zagreba, Đakova, Garešnice, Gradiške, Jastrebarskog, Siska itd., tradicionalno se predstavljaju i skupine iz inozemstva.
Ovaj Karneval pohodile su i pohađaju skupine iz: Italije (Fano), Slovenija (Ilirska Bistrica), Austrije (Pandorf), Slovačke
(Senec), Češke (Frydek Mystek), Poljske (Wielun), Mađarske (Kiseg) i Švedske (Samba-Stockholm).:
Već od davne 1967.godine, početkom kolovoza, Senjani sa svojim gostima ovaj grad uzdižu u prijestolnicu ljetnjeg maškaranjana istočne obale Jadrana. Hvala VAM svima koji se odazovete i vi koji ste dušom i srcem uz naš GRAD a nemožete doći ali u svakom slučaju želite da se čuje za naš grad.. samo još jednom VELIKO HVALA!
Ovaj događaj organizira turistička zajednica Grada Senja, Gradonačelnik grada Senja Darko Nekić, Ja kao suorganizator Milan Štefanac vl. caffe bara O'CONNOR'S i još jednog ugostitelja Milan Šojat.
